Return policy

All items we sell have been created with love and we hope you love them as much as we loved creating them. However, if you need to make a return, we are happy to offer a 30-day guarantee for a full refund. Please read more about the details below.


SOOTHLA™ is happy to refund any item within 30 days from the date of delivery under the condition that the item is returned in its original perfect condition. Returns will be processed within 10 working days from receiving the return. Please return all items in their original packaging and with their original hangtags. SOOTHLA™ will not accept items that have been washed, worn, stained, damaged, or altered in any way. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender, minus the shipping costs for returning the items.

When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Transfer time will vary based on your used payment method.


Returns are eligible for a refund only. In case you would like another size or product we request you to place a new order in our online store.

Faulty or damaged items

We apologize in advance if you received a defective item or incorrect order upon receipt, but we will gladly send you a replacement product.

Before your items leave our stockroom, they have been thoroughly checked. If you, unfortunately, still received an item classified as faulty or damaged, please inform us within 5 days after receiving your order at in order to be eligible for alternatives such as exchanges, refunds, or repairs. Please accompany this request with your order number and (if needed) images to clarify the reason for this request.

We will not accept a return of a damaged or faulty item if the product is damaged by improper use. The intention of use is at the discretion of SOOTHLA™ and will be judged reasonably.

How to return an item

  1. To ensure an easier process please inform us of your return by filling in the Return form below
  2. Please return your products accompanied by the Return Form you received with your package. In case you are not in the possession of the document anymore, we will send you a new one.
  3. Place the Return form together with the item(s) you wish to return in its original packaging and with the original hangtags.
  4. Attach an address label to your parcel and use any of your preferred shipping methods. Return Shipments are at the customer’s own cost and responsibility.
  • If you have any questions about your return, that are not answered on the Return Form, please contact us at with your question and order number.
  • Do not forget to specify if it is a return or an exchange and provide the reason so we can help you accordingly.
  • SOOTHLA™ cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in return transit. To secure the arrival of your return, we advise using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.
