Order processing

All orders are shipped out from our warehouse in Sweden. Orders placed before 9.00 am are fulfilled and shipped within 1 business day pending availability and credit verification.

Please note that we currently only ship within the European Union. We will start shipping to the US & UK as per 1st August 2023.

All shipping costs on this page will be displayed in Swedish Krona (SEK). We have provided an approximate calculation but advise you to look at the current daily conversion rate for your currency to make an accurate conversion calculation.

International Taxes and Import Duties

If you are purchasing orders from outside of the European Union (EU) should be aware that they may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and other fees levied by your country's customs authorities upon import. These additional charges are not included in the item's price or shipping cost.

The responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees lies solely with the customer, and SOOTHLA does not have any control or influence over these charges.

We strongly advise you to check with their country's customs office or official website for information regarding import regulations, tax rates, and applicable fees before placing an order.

Lost or uncollected packages

In case your package gets lost in transit please follow these steps:

  1. Contact the shipment provider with your track & trace code to inquire about your parcel’s whereabouts.
  2. In case your parcel has not been delivered for more than 2 weeks after the expected delivery date and the shipment provider has not been able to track it down, please email us at hello@soothla.com.

If the package cannot be tracked down via the shipment provider because something went wrong in the transit SOOTHLA™ will provide the customer with a full refund or new products.

The shipping costs for uncollected packages will be for customer costs.
