Soothing for sensitive skin and eczema

Our signature fabric’s main components are regular TENCEL (lyocell) and a special lyocell that is embedded with Zinc (Smartcel™ Sensitive).

Clinical studies show that the combination of TENCEL (lyocell) and Zinc as used in our signature fabric reduces the severity of atopic eczema. The studies show that this combination reduces itchiness and improves the quality of sleep when the fabric is worn directly on the skin for three consecutive nights. (1) (2)

TENCEL (lyocell) on its own is known to be super soft, anti-bacterial and thermoregulatory. It is up to 70% more moisture-wicking than cotton.

Zinc has been used for thousands of years to treat sensitive skin. It helps to reduce skin inflammation and itchiness, improves the healing of wounds, and helps to regenerate the skin. It is a common component in creams for sensitive skin and eczema, and is often used in diaper creams.

SEAMLESS FEEL - DESIGNED TO BE COMFORTING DAY AND NIGHT

Our clothing and bedding is designed to be comfortable for even the most sensitive skin. The clothing is guaranteed itch-free and is free from itchy inside labels, seams or other itchy material.

The clothing has a seamless inside design. We use only flat seams or french seams on the inside to reduce potential friction and irritation of the skin. Our clothing may also be suitable for people with sensory issues, such as Autism.

Dust Mite Proof

Hypo-allergenic and free from harmful chemicals

Our signature fabric is naturally hypo-allergenic and our bedding is dust mite proof. It minimizes the risk for allergic reactions or skin irritations as much as possible.

All the materials we use in our products are hypo-allergenic and free from harmful chemicals, such as formaldehyde, nylon, nickel, and latex.

All materials used are certified OEKO-TEX 100, class 1, and have been tested and approved to be harmless for skin contact.

UV-resistant

UPF 50+ sun protection

Zinc is a common ingredient in natural sunscreens.
The Zinc in our signature fabric acts as a shield against harmful radiation from the sun. Our fabric has been tested in a laboratory and has shown to sun protect the skin up to 50 UPF+.
To compare, a regular white shirt only provides up to 7 UPF.

Antibacterial

STAYS FRESH AND HYGIENIC LONG

Lyocell is naturally antibacterial and Zinc also possesses antibacterial properties as well as odor-reducing properties.

Thanks to the special patented process from Smartcel™ sensitive, the Zinc is permanently embedded into our signature fabric, even after multiple (>100 ) washing cycles.

Eco-friendly

ECO FRIENDLY AND BIODEGRADABLE

Our signature fabric is eco-friendly and almost entirely biodegradable. It is produced in a closed-loop process with only renewable raw materials and without the use of aggressive chemicals.
