Order processing
All orders are shipped out from our warehouse in Sweden. Orders placed before 9.00 am are fulfilled and shipped within 1 business day pending availability and credit verification.

Currently, we only ship to the countries listed below. If your country isn't on the list but you'd still like to get Soothla, reach out to us at hello@soothla.com. We're always evaluating requests to expand our shipping destinations, so let us know!
All shipping costs on this page will be displayed in Swedish Krona (SEK). We have provided an approximate calculation but advise you to look at the current daily conversion rate for your currency to make an accurate conversion calculation.

Shipping outside of the European Union
Please note that if your order’s value exceeds the toll-free limit, extra fees will be charged for import taxes/customs duties by your local Customs Office upon delivery. You can check with your local Customs Office for more information. SOOTHLA™ is not responsible for and does not compensate for any extra charges.
Parcels sent outside of the European Union may experience longer lead delivery times than normal. Please track the whereabouts of your parcel via the shipment provider.
Lost or uncollected packages
In case your package gets lost in transit please follow these steps:
- Contact the shipment provider with your track & trace code to inquire about your parcel’s whereabouts.
- In case your parcel has not been delivered for more than 2 weeks after the expected delivery date and the shipment provider has not been able to track it down, please email us at hello@soothla.com.
If the package cannot be tracked down via the shipment provider because something went wrong in the transit SOOTHLA™ will provide the customer with a full refund or new products.
The shipping costs for uncollected packages will be for customer costs.
